MESSAGE TO ISRAEL

'"BECAUSE RELIGION CAN'T SAVE YOU"

TO MY PRECIOUS JEWISH BRETHREN:

Messiah will RETURN on Rosh Hashanah 2016.

When He returns, most of you will be hiding and being sorely persecuted.

At that time, you will be delivered FOREVER. The desolations of Jerusalem, and of all Israel, forever ended [Daniel 9:2].

Messiah's trumpet will be blown on Yom Kippur 2016 [5776], proclaiming liberty throughout the land. It will be the Messiah's Yovel or Jubilee.

Yom Kippur will be followed by a 75 day transition period into the Millennium, after which Messiah's eternal Kingdom will be established on earth, as it is in heaven.

It's at that time that the Kingdom will be restored to Israel, and all 12 tribes will possess the Promised Land forever [Genesis 15:18].

Jews from all over the world [all 12 tribes] will be re-gathered in Eretz Israel, and will be settled after their old estates, as Ezekiel foretold [Ezekiel 36:11, chapter 48].

75 days later on the Feast of Hanukkah, the millennial temple will be raised, inaugurated, and dedicated to His glory [Amos 9:11; Ezekiel chapters 40-47].

David will, once again, be your King [Hosea 3:4,5; Jeremiah 30:7-10; Ezekiel 37:21-25].

But BEFORE all these things, there will be horrible tribulation for approximately 5 years.

The first part of this tribulation will bring the following:

• The Rapture of true believers in Jesus the Messiah.

• The darkening of the sun [in daytime], the moon appearing blood-red at night time, a large meteor shower, and huge tremors of land, sea and atmosphere, that will dislodge mountains, relocate islands, and alter geography and topography [Revelation 6:12; Joel 2:31].

(Don't be confused by the fact that SOME who claim to believe in Jesus are left on earth. They are "Christians" in name only. The reason they stayed behind is they DIDN'T KNOW Jesus Christ, they never received Him into their hearts as Lord, Savior and God. They had religion, they didn't have Jesus [read parable of the virgins in Matthew 25]. Only those who had OIL, the Messiah's ANOINTING, His indwelling Presence, His Ruwach Ha Kodesh living within, were admitted into the marriage feast.

• The reappearance of Moses and Elijah [Revelation 11:1-7].

• The "sealing" of 144,000 Israelites, 12,000 from each of the twelve tribes [Revelation 7:1-8]. They will remain on earth until around 2013-14. They will be taken up to heaven, from Mount Zion, by Yeshua Himself in a special rapture around mid-tribulation [Revelation 14:1, 2].

• The devastation of most of the world, including the United States [Revelation chapters 8 and 9]. The only nations that will go largely unscathed will be those bordering the Mediterranean. These are the nations that comprised the territory of the former Roman Empire [Daniel 7:24, 25].

• The destruction of ONE-THIRD of the remaining world population. [Those who remain on earth after the Rapture, Revelation 9:14-21].

• The building of the long-awaited third temple [Revelation 11:1,2].

Moses and Elijah are the Two Witnesses spoken of in Revelation 11:1-7 and in Zechariah 4:3,12. In both instances, they are connected to the building of the temple.

They will possess supernatural powers and will be instrumental in protecting Israel during the first 3 years of tribulation, preparing you for the great trial that lies ahead, in building the third temple, and in warding off opposition.

About a year or so into the tribulation (give or take) [late 2012 to early 2013] Alexander the Great, will emerge from the abyss, resurrected from the dead and empowered by satan. DON'T BE FOOLED. Despite the fact he was benign toward Jews in his first coming, HE IS YOUR ENEMY and will try to destroy you in his second coming.

He is indwelt by the enemy, ha satan.

By then, there will be 10 kings ruling over the territories of the former Roman Empire bordering on the Mediterranean [Daniel 7:24,25]. Five will be ruling over the Western Division and five over the Eastern Division [Daniel 2:38-40].

Alexander will win the support of these 10 kings, and subdue at least three of the Roman Empire's former dioceses [probably Egypt, the East [Israel, Lebanon, Syria] and Rome. He then will declare himself God, and impose his dominion over the rest of the chaotic, devastated world.

Israel will be the last holdout. He will then invade Israel.

This time, I'm sorry to say, Israel will lose [Daniel 12:7; Zechariah 14:1-4]. It will be conquered, and Alexander will take Jerusalem, crucify Moses and Elijah at Damascus Square [same place where Jesus died], sell half the city's population into slavery, enter the third temple, declare himself "God" and demand worship.

The Two witnesses will be crucified right at Golgotha, in front of Damascus Square, just like Jesus [Revelation 11:7,8].

Alexander's 42-month world rule begins on or about 28 Iyyar 5773 [on or around Yom Yerushalayim, Wednesday, May 8, 2013].

DO NOT BE FOOLED BY HIM, Jewish brethren. Your holy prophets warned that this would happen [Daniel 7:6; Revelation 13:2; Isaiah 14:18,19].

Alexander is the one your Christian brethren referred to as "the Antichrist", for he is both Anti-Messiah, and a FALSE messiah, who will deceive people into thinking he can prevent the establishment of the Kingdom of God, of Jesus' Kingdom, on earth [Revelation 13:4].

He is the seed of the serpent, spoken of in Genesis 3:16,17.

If you read Daniel 11:28,29 closely, you will see that "he shall return to his own land with great substance; and his heart shall be against the holy covenant; and he shall do his pleasure, and return to his own land. At the time appointed he shall return, and come into the south; but it shall not be in the latter time as it was in the former".

His "second coming" WON'T BE IN FRIENDSHIP, like the first.

Yeshua warned that "ALL that ever came BEFORE ME me are thieves and robbers: but the sheep did not hear them" [John 10:8].

Alexander will enter the third temple which, by then, will be rebuilt and profane it. He will place a statue of himself there.

It would be wise to flee into Petra the moment he comes against Israel and Jerusalem, or as soon as possible after the city is captured.

However, if you didn't, when those of you left in Jerusalem and Judea see [or learn of] this ABOMINATION [of desolation], which Daniel spoke of, FLEE IMMEDIATELY into the Judean wilderness [Matthew 24:15-21; Daniel 11:31; 12:11].

Don't stop for anything or anyone. Don't look back. Remember Lot's wife. Flee into the wilderness where God has prepared a place [Petra] to sustain you for 42 months, which will be the duration of his wicked rule [Isaiah 16:1-4; Revelation 12:6].

Hold fast to your faith in Yeshua HaMoschiach, and His Holy Word, the Bible. When this happens, remember that Jesus' impending return TO RESCUE YOU, then to establish His everlasting Kingdom, as your holy prophets foretold, will take place 3½ years later on Yom Teruah 2016.

Those 3½ years preceding the Second Coming of Moschiach Yeshua, will be horrific. You can read all the details in the Book of Revelation chapters 13-17.

The tribulation of those days will be so great that Jesus said unless those days were "shortened" NO FLESH WOULD SURVIVE [Matthew 24:22].

However, for the elect's sake [for YOUR SAKE, children of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, His Chosen ones] they will be shortened.

By "shortened", he didn't mean in number, He meant the days themselves [daylight] will be shortened [Revelation 8:12]. Otherwise, no flesh would survive, since the sun will become much hotter, and at some point there will be no water to drink [for the rest of the world].

Jesus also warned you NOT TO BE DECEIVED if anyone spreads the false rumor that the Messiah has come and is either "in the desert", or in the "inner chambers" of the temple, or anywhere else [Matthew 24:26,27].

When He returns THE WHOLE WORLD will KNOW IT. You will KNOW IT, SINCE MESSIAH HIMSELF WILL LEAD YOU BACK INTO JERUSALEM.

Stay put. Remain in hiding. Stay in Petra and surroundings, where you will be kept safely, until Messiah comes and rescues you.

THE ELUSIVE MESSIAH
Who is the Messiah?
According to the Scriptures, the Messiah:
1. HAS TO BE BORN IN BETHLEHEM [MICAH 5:2].
2. HAS TO COME FROM KING DAVID'S GENEALOGY [ISAIAH 9:7].
3. Has to be preceded by a forerunner [Malachi 3:1].
4. Would have a Galilean ministry. His light would shine in Galilee [Isaiah 9:1,2].
5. Rides into Jerusalem on a donkey [Zechariah 9:9].
6. Is betrayed by a close friend [Psalm 41:9].
7. Is sold for thirty pieces of silver [Zechariah 11:12].
8. Is silent before His accusers [Isaiah 53:7].
9. Confirms the Abrahamic Covenant [Daniel 9:27].
10. Confirming the covenant, and atoning for sin, required the shedding of Blood [Leviticus 17:11; 1:5].
11. A sacrifice must be offered [must DIE] on Mount Moriah, in order to be Kosher [Genesis 22:2].
12. He is rejected by Israel [Isaiah 53:1-3; Psalm 118:22].
13. HIS HANDS AND FEET are PIERCED [PSALM 22:14-18].
14. HE WILL STILL HAVE VISIBLE WOUND marks ON HIS HANDS WHEN HE SHOWS UP ON THE MOUNT OF OLIVES [ZECHARIAH 13:6].
15. Those wounds are inflicted to Him in "the house of His friends" [Zechariah 13:6].
16. He must be pierced [Zechariah 12:10].
17. Jews WILL MOURN AND LAMENT FOR HIM, WHOM "THEY HAVE PIERCED" [Zechariah 12:10-14].
Have you ever wondered WHY the LONG-AWAITED COMING of Messiah CAUSES MOURNING, INSTEAD OF REJOICING? HMMM...
18. Shortly after appearing, He has to die but FOR OTHERS, not for Himself [Daniel 9:26].
19. He had to appear and die PRIOR TO 70 A.D (PRIOR to the Second Temple's destruction) [Daniel 9:26].
20. He had to appear 483 years AFTER a decree to "return and build Jerusalem (Daniel 9:25; Nehemiah 2:1).
21. He must appear TWICE, that's why the "70 sevens" are divided into TWO periods [Daniel 9:25].
22. He had to be REJECTED AND FORSAKEN of His own people. This, in turn, caused the destruction of the Second Temple [1 Kings 9:8,9; Psalm 118:21,22; Isaiah 53:3] .
23. Would be resurrected [Psalm 16:10; 49:15].
24. Would ascend to heaven [Psalm 68:18].
25. Would be declared the Son of God [Psalms 2:7].
EVERY ONE of these Scriptures is taken from the Tanach, the Hebrew Bible.
Jewish law [torah] requires only two witnesses for a matter to be established:
"BY THE TESTIMONY OF TWO OR THREE WITNESSES SHALL EVERY MATTER BE ESTABLISHED" [DEUTERONOMY 19:15].

MOSES OR JOSHUA

Moses and Joshua were both instrumental in leading the children of Israel out of Egypt and toward the Promised Land.

Most people are unaware that the Old Testament Hebrew name Yehoshua or Yeshua translated "Joshua" in English Bibles, is the same Hebrew name translated "Jesus" in the New Testament .

It's also the same Hebrew name as that of the Old Testament prophet Hoshea.

So, "Joshua", "Hoshea" and "Jesus" are all transliterations of the same Hebrew name Yehoshua, or the Aramaic Yeshua, meaning "Yawheh is Salvation".

Of course, there's only ONE Jesus of Nazareth.

Moses was a great man by any standards. Not only was he used of God to deliver Israel from Egyptian bondage, and to abase Pharaoh's haughtiness, his deeds were truly amazing and unique:

The plagues that decimated Egypt, while Hebrews were unscathed. The equally miraculous deliverance from slavery, the meeting with God on top of Sinai, the giving of the Torah (law), including the 10 commandments, the supernatural protection of Israel in the desert, the manna, water flowing from a rock to quench the Israelites' thirst, and the parting of the Red Sea, are just some of the great deeds associated with this great man of God.

Great as he was, there's ONE THING Moses COULDN'T do:

He couldn't get anyone, NOT EVEN ONE of God's chosen people, into the Promised Land (Numbers 27:12-18).

Matter of fact, Moses himself COULDN'T ENTER, AND NEVER DID ENTER, the Promised Land. (Deuteronomy 34:1-7).

It was Yeshua who led Israel across the Jordan and into the land of Canaan (Joshua 1:2).

Of course, that was some 3,400 years ago. Why should this matter to us today?

Because God painted an incontrovertible picture of His plan of Redemption in that Old Testament story.

Egypt represents both hell and this fallen world, the Promised Land represents heaven.

Moses can't get anyone into heaven, not even himself.

The ONLY WAY to enter heaven is through Yeshua.

John 14:6 Yeshua speaking "I AM the Way, the Truth and the Life. NO ONE COMES TO THE FATHER, except THROUGH ME".

THE SEALED BOOK
There's one book in the Bible that was sealed and has remained that way for millennia: the Book of Daniel.

"But you, O Daniel, shut up the words, and seal the book to the time of the end"... [Daniel 12:4].

"Go your way Daniel: for the words are closed up and sealed till the time of the end" (Daniel 12:10).

God told Daniel that his Book would remain sealed UNTIL "the time of the end". Obviously, then when the "time of the end" arrives Daniel's Book WILL NO LONGER BE sealed.

This aspect of the Book of Daniel is so important that we see emphasized again in the Brit Hadasha's Book of Revelation, chapters 5, and 6 and 8:1.

The events for the "time of the end" described in Revelation DO NOT BEGIN UNTIL the Lion of the tribe of Judah UNSEALS the Book's 7 Seals.

Moreover, Isaiah 29:10-12 links Judah's unbelief to a sealed Book. That Book would have to be Daniel, since it's THE ONLY book in the entire Bible which is sealed.

Daniel wrote his book some 300 years after Isaiah, therefore, he would have been familiar with the "sealed book" mentioned in Isaiah chapter 29.

Daniel's Book is so important that Israel will not understand even the other prophets until this Master Book of Prophecy is unsealed:

"For the LORD has poured out on you the spirit of deep sleep, and has closed your eyes: the prophets and your rulers, the seers has he covered.

11 And the vision of ALL is become to you as the words of a book that is sealed, which men deliver to one that is learned, saying, Read this, I pray you: and he said, I cannot; for it is sealed: 12 And the book is delivered to him that is not learned, saying, Read this, I pray you: and he said, I am not learned" [Isaiah 29:10-12].

What information could the Book of Daniel possibly contain that, when opened and UNVEILED, would restore Judah and all Israel, to faith in their Creator and Messiah?

The 70 weeks prophecy which UNEQUIVOCALLY states the timing of Messiah's BOTH First and Second Comings.

Even Josephus attested to this by saying "...We believe that Daniel conversed with God; for he did not only prophecy of future events, as did the other prophets, but also determined THE TIME OF their accomplishment" (Josephus; Antiquities 10:11:7).

ISRAEL AND THE TRIBULATION

What happens to Israel during the tribulation?

There are Christian ministers teaching the UNSCRIPTURAL lie that natural Israelites have "a separate covenant" with God, by virtue of which they'll be saved someway, somehow, EVEN IF they don't believe in Yeshua. No way, Benei!

Then there are those who teach natural Israelites will survive the tribulation by hiding in Petra [Revelation 12:6].

That SOME will hide in Petra and survive is true enough, but that only refers to the half million or so Jews who live in Jerusalem and environs. What happens to the millions of Jews who live in Tel Aviv, in Europe, in America, and elsewhere?

ANY individual, Jew or gentile, who gives his or her heart to Messiah Jesus NOW, BEFORE the Rapture, will be saved and translated into God's Presence.

Everyone else, all unbelievers, whether Jew or gentile, will remain on earth and go thru the tribulation.

When Jesus appears in the clouds to Rapture His Church, many natural Israelites will turn to Him.

His Two Witnesses [Moses and Elijah] will appear and prophesy in Jerusalem. 144,000 of your Israelite brethren will be preaching the Good News.

Before Antichrist even shows up, ONE THIRD of mankind will die [Revelation 9:15,18]. Evidently, that will include some natural Israelites who didn't go in the Rapture.

All who die WITHOUT Christ, Jew or gentile, will go to hell.

According to Revelation 12:13-16, when Antichrist shows up, around fall, 2012, satan will first try to murder all those who escape into Petra and into the Judean wilderness.

When he fails, he then goes after "the rest of her seed" [Revelation 12:17].

He then turns his attention to OTHER Israelites throughout the rest of the world.

In that regard, Mathew 24:24 offers another insight:

"For false messiahs and false prophets will rise up and perform great signs and wonders so as to deceive, if possible, even God's chosen ones".

The risen Antichrist [Alexander] will make a VERY CONVINCING case for himself:

• He and his false prophet will do their best to capitalize on Jews' rejection of the true Messiah, Jesus.

• He will argue that he was benign to Jews in his first coming [he was].

• The MAIN REASON most Jews don't believe in Jesus today is what they perceive as His "failure" to establish a world kingdom. Alexander ALREADY DID THAT, and will do it again, when he reappears as the infamous Antichrist.

• He and his false prophet will both exhibit IMPRESSIVE, undeniable, SUPERNATURAL powers.

So, clearly, many Jews will be faced with the same choice as the rest of humanity: God or satan, Christ or Antichrist.

Some will be deceived into believing the Antichrist is the true Messiah, will worship him and take his mark and be eternally damned, as will MANY gentiles. I pray, in Yeshua's Name, that you are NOT among them.

Others will reject Antichrist, reject his mark, and turn to the ONE AND ONLY TRUE GOD, and Israel's Messiah, Jesus Christ.

Those who REJECT Antichrist and his mark will be killed; even if they somehow manage to survive, they will have to endure tremendous hardship. But, they will be SAVED.

DO NOT TAKE THE MARK. DON'T TAKE IT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE, EVEN IF IT MEANS PHYSICAL DEATH, as it will irrevocably damn all who take it for all eternity [Revelation 14:9-12].

Whatever price you have to pay, even if it means GIVING YOUR LIFE in order to refuse the mark, WILL BE WELL WORTH IT.

What about the Scripture in Romans 11:25,26 that says that "ALL Israel will be saved"?

In context, it says "...that blindness in part is happened to Israel, UNTIL the fullness of the Gentiles be come in. And so all Israel shall be saved"...

The FULLNESS of gentiles comes into God's Kingdom in Revelation 15:2, near the end of the tribulation. ALL ISRAEL that remains on earth after that, WILL BE SAVED when Messiah Yeshua returns.

Therefore, does being a NATURAL Jew guarantee anyone Salvation? Absolutely NOT.

Only being a SPIRITUAL Jew guarantees Salvation.

How does anyone, Jew or gentile, BECOME a SPIRITUAL Jew?

According to Romans 10:9 and John 1:12 by believing Jesus died for your sins and rose from the dead, and by RECEIVING the Jewish Messiah, Jesus Christ, into your heart as Lord, Savior and God.

When we do, we become circumcised not in the flesh, but IN THE SPIRIT [Romans 2:28, 29].

SPIRITUAL CIRCUMCISION is the ONLY Guarantee and Seal of eternal redemption.

GREECE VS. IRAN

The 8th and 11th chapters of the Book of Daniel are two of the most neglected, yet significant, prophetic passages in the Bible.

Most prophecy teachers will dismiss chapter 8 as "having already been fulfilled" when Alexander conquered the Persian Empire and when, years later, Antiochus Epiphanes set the abomination of desolation in the second temple.

To be sure, this prophecy has had PARTIAL fulfillment. Gabriel, however, REPEATEDELY and UNMISTAKABLY told Daniel that its primary fulfillment would take place at the "time of the end" [Daniel 8:17, 19, 26].

This shouldn't surprise us since God's Word makes it clear that history, hence prophecy, which is history written in advance, REPEATS ITSELF.

Ecclesiastes 1:9 puts it this way:

"The thing that WAS is the thing that SHALL BE; and there is NO NEW THING under the sun".

According to this prophecy which was to remain "sealed" until now, history is about to be repeated:

Tribulation judgments will devastate the major powers including Russia, China, the U.S. and portions of Europe, leaving NUCLEAR, largely intact Iran, as the major power in the world [Daniel 8:4; Revelation chapters 8 and 9].

In the midst of chaos, Iran & Israel will be the only two nations with nuclear power which remain relatively unscathed. They'll be poised for a showdown, when Alexander reappears.

With Israel's principal ally, the United States, no longer a superpower (hurts to even THINK about it), and with Iran's stated goal of "wiping Israel off the map", it will AT FIRST appear that Alexander is Israel's DEFENDER.

After all, he was rather benign to them in his first coming.

But the Bible warns repeatedly that his heart will be AGAINST (anti) the holy covenant, hence, AGAINST God or Anti-Messiah, or Anti-Christ (Daniel 11:28,30,32).

One big reason that most Jews today reject Jesus as their Messiah is what they perceive as His "failure" to deliver them from the oppressive Roman Empire.

They expected a military leader in the mold of King David, who would deliver them from their enemies and set up a WORLD Kingdom.

Well, that's EXACTLY what Alexander will APPEAR to do at first:

Deliver them from Iran, then proclaim "peace and security", take Jerusalem. and SET UP A WORLD KINGDOM.

It's no wonder the Bible warns that with him DECEIT will prosper.

And that through PEACE and SECURITY he shall destroy many (Daniel 8:25).

Iran's dreams of world domination and Ahmadinejad's perverse delusion of a world under Persian Islamic rule will come to a screeching halt, when Alexander defeats the Persians (Iran) yet again [Daniel 8:5-7].

According to Daniel 11:40-44 PRIOR TO ALL THIS Egypt and Turkey will resist him in vain: They'll be conquered by the risen Alexander, as will every other nation in the Middle East including Libya and Iraq, with the notable exception of Jordan.

Why Jordan is spared, we're not told. Perhaps they will willingly surrender.

Perhaps they'll make some sort of pact in support of the Antichrist. Perhaps it's God's sovereign decree, since it's in southern Jordan where Jews will hide during that time [Isaiah 16:1-4; Revelation 12:6,14]; or, perhaps a combination of all the above.

Antichrist's final conquest will be Israel (Daniel 12:7).

Then, AND ONLY THEN, will Antichrist's 3½-year reign of terror over the entire world begin.

It will be the abomination of desolation redux when he profanes the third temple, as Antiochus did to the second temple, puts an end to daily sacrifices (korbanot), and places a statue of himself there [Daniel 8:9-12; 11:31].

Jews will then flee Jerusalem and surroundings, as they did in 165 B.C. when Antiochus carried out a similar desecration [Matthew 24:15-21; Revelation 12:6, 14].

Only their Messiah's Return, 42 months later, will deliver them and bring them back into the Promised Land.

APPOINTED TIMES

The Feasts of the Lord are given in Leviticus chapter 23.

These Feasts are known individually as moed, and in the plural as moedim meaning "appointed times".

God HAS AN APPOINTMENT with natural Israel on those Feasts.

Repeat: God has an appointment with NATURAL Israel on those Feasts.

That's why Jews were COMMANDED to observe those Feasts.
That's why Jesus METICULOUSLY kept those appointments by:

1. Dying on Passover (as the Lamb, which God promised Abraham, to TAKE AWAY SIN, (Genesis 22:8; John 13:1, 28, 39; 19:14).

2. Being buried on the first day of Unleavened Bread (which begins in the evening after Passover; Mark 15:42-46).
3. Rising from the dead on First Fruits (1 Corinthians 15:20), and

4. Sending His Holy Spirit on Pentecost (Acts 2:1-4).

God has appointments with NATURAL Israelites on those dates. He, however, DOES NOT have appointments WITH THE CHURCH on those dates.

THAT is where a lot of prognosticators have MISSED IT.

But isn't the Church Israel?

NO.

The Church, SPIRITUALLY SPEAKING, has been made part of the Eternal Covenant with Abraham and David. The Church, therefore, is part of the SPIRITUAL Commonwealth of Israel.

The Church, however, is comprised MOSTLY of NATURAL gentiles.

But aren't there natural Israelites in the Church?

Yes, praise God. But they represent a VERY SMALL minority in the Body of Christ.

As stated above, Jesus kept the appointments of the spring Feasts with NATURAL Israelites in His First Coming.

Likewise, Jesus will keep the appointments of the fall Feasts with NATURAL Israelites in His Second Coming.

His Second Coming to save NATURAL Israel, judge the world, and set up His Kingdom on earth, is ONE THING.

The Rapture of the Church (SPIRITUAL Israel) is ANOTHER entirely different event.

These TWO distinct events are separated by a period of approximately 5 years.

How do we know? Because the Bible gives us the ORDER of these events:

1. The Church MUST BE raptured (Revelation 7:9).

2. Six trumpet judgments must take place which, AT THE
VERY LEAST, WILL TAKE 7 months, probably more (Revelation 8:2; 9:1-20).

3. Antichrist must reappear risen from the dead (Revelation 11:7; 13:1; 17:8).

4. Antichrist must reintroduce himself to the world, gain popular support, form a political coalition, put together an army, occupy Libya and Iraq, fight battles against Egypt, Turkey/Syria, Iran and, finally, Israel (Revelation 13:1-4; Daniel 8; Daniel 11-40-44).

5. Then and only then - when Israel's power is finally shattered - he must reign for 3½ years (Daniel 12:7).

6. At the END OF those 3½ years, Jesus MUST return (49 years after the SECOND word to "return and build Jerusalem", Daniel 9:25).

How do we know that Jesus will KEEP THE FALL APPOINTMENTS with NATURAL Israel, JUST AS HE KEPT THE SPRING APPOINTMENTS?

Because His written Word says He will. The Book of Daniel tells us, repeatedly, that such things will happen at APPOINTED TIMES (moedim):

"And he said, Behold, I will make you know what shall be in the latter end of the wrath: for AT THE TIME APPOINTED (lemoed) THE END SHALL BE (Daniel 8:19).

"And both these kings' hearts shall be to do evil, and they shall speak lies at the same table; but it shall not prosper: for THE END SHALL YET BE AT THE TIME APPOINTED"
(lamoed, Daniel 9:27).

"AT THE TIME APPOINTED (lamoed) he (in context, Antichrist) shall return, and come into the south; but it shall not be in the latter time as it was in the former" (Daniel 11:29).

Last, but not least, there's Psalm 75:2 (God speaking):

"I CHOOSE THE APPOINTED TIME (moed); it is I WHO JUDGES uprightly".

Just like He kept those appointments with Israel in His First Coming, Jesus will keep the appointments with Israel in His Second Coming.

THE KEY OF DAVID

"But they shall serve the LORD their God, and David their king, whom I will raise up unto them" (Jeremiah 30:9).

The Book of Revelation, penned by the apostle John, who was Jewish, is nonetheless clearly addressed to a predominantly GENTILE Church.

It's addressed to seven churches in Asia: Ephesus, Smyrna, Pergamos, Thyatira, Sardis, Philadelphia and Laodicea are ALL Greek (GENTILE) names.

They were actual congregations that existed in the first century A.D. in Turkey, not in Israel.

This Book draws a SHARP CONTRAST between the primarily GENTILE Church and NATURAL Israel.

For instance, He tells the Philadelphian Church in Revelation 3:9,10 :

"I will make those who are of the synagogue of Satan, who claim to be Jews though they are not, but are liars - I will make them come and fall down at your feet and acknowledge that I have loved you".

In chapter 7:1-8, right after the rapture has taken place, we find 144,000 natural Israelites (12,000 of each of the tribes) sealed by God presumably to deliver the Gospel to the rest of their brethren HERE ON EARTH.

Concurrent with that, in Revelation 7:9-16 we find the raptured Church IN HEAVEN, before God's Throne in GLORIFIED BODIES.

Again, in Chapter 12, we find the glorified Church IN HEAVEN, as a woman "clothed with the sun", while NATURAL Israel is STILL ON EARTH and has to hide in the desert from satan's and the Antichrist's persecution for 1,260 days or 3½ years.

But the most telling passage is Revelation 3:7-10:

"These things says he that is holy, he that is true, HE THAT HAS THE KEY OF David, he that opens, and no man shuts; and shuts, and no man opens; (Compare to Isaiah 22:22).

I know your works: behold, I have set before you an open door, and no man can shut: for you have a little strength, and have kept my word, and have not denied my name.

Behold, I will make them of the synagogue of Satan, who say they are Jews, and are not, but do lie; behold, I will make them to come and worship before your feet, and to know that I have LOVED you.

Because you have kept the word of my patience, I ALSO WILL KEEP YOU FROM THE HOUR OF TEMPTATION, WHICH SHALL COME UPON ALL THE WORLD, TO TRY THEM THAT DWELL UPON THE EARTH".

WHAT IS THE KEY OF DAVID?

And why is it that, when God opens the door with THAT KEY it's primarily GENTILES, not Jews, THAT GO IN?

Wasn't David a Jew?

Didn't he reign over Judah 7 years and 33 years over ALL Israel?

Why, the Church DIDN'T EVEN EXIST at the time David reigned!

It wouldn't even be born until 1,000 years later!

What, then, does the VERY JEWISH David HAVE TO DO WITH the Church?

Instead of appreciating its unique covenant relationship with God, natural Israel wanted to be LIKE the other nations (gentiles) and DEMANDED a king (1 Samuel 12:12).

God didn't like it. Samuel didn't like it. But God complied nonetheless.

He gave them THEIR HEARTS' DESIRE in Saul, the first king of Israel.

Saul disobeyed God, rebelled against God, consulted a medium in DIRECT VIOLATION OF THE TORAH, and ended up defeated and dead, his severed head carried around like a trophy by the wicked Philistines and his decapitated body displayed on Beth Shean's city wall (1 Samuel 31:1-13).

Then God gave them HIS HEART'S DESIRE in the person of David.

David had THE HEART OF God.

David was God's Anointed, the king "AFTER God's OWN heart" (Acts 13:22).

The HEART OF God, or God LIVING IN a person's heart, is what became known in the New Testament as the "born again" experience (John 3:3-5; 1 Peter 1:23).

By giving them a King after His VERY OWN heart God was basically telling the rebellious Israelites:

"So, you want to be LIKE THE GENTILES, do you? I'll tell you what: I'll give you a King after MY heart. And ONLY THOSE who acquire MY HEART (those who are born again) will be included in MY King's Royal Family.

Because you have despised my covenant and DESIRED TO BE LIKE the Gentiles, Gentiles WILL COME INTO my Kingdom and into my King's KINGDOM AHEAD OF YOU".

Hence, it's mostly Gentiles that have had the born again Experience by receiving Jesus Christ into THEIR HEARTS, thus acquiring, like King David, God's OWN heart.

Jesus was/is the Son of David.

Those who receive Jesus the Messiah, the Son of David, into their hearts become SPIRITUAL Israelites, part of King David's Royal lineage, heirs in the Kingdom of God, and kings and priests of the Most High (1 Peter 2:9; Revelation 5:10).

Meanwhile, the vast majority of NATURAL Jews languish in their unbelief and hardness of heart.

Oh, the depths of the wisdom and knowledge of God!

The name "David" means "LOVE" or "beloved".

The born-again Church, David's Royal Family, the beloved of God, is represented by the Church of Philadelphia, the Church of "brotherly LOVE".

Hence, Jesus assures them that HE'S GOT THE KEY... of David.

That He has set before them an OPEN door that NO ONE can shut.

And, that He WILL DELIVER THEM (US) FROM THE HOUR OF TRIBULATION that is coming upon this sinful, rebellious, Christ-hating world.

Eventually ALL natural Israel that has survived the tribulation will be saved (Romans 11:26).

They, too, will come into God's Kingdom.

They will even have David as their King, during the Millennium (Jeremiah 30:9; Ezekiel 37:24,25; Hosea 3:4,5).

But, as Jesus so eloquently put it in Matthew 20:16, "the last (gentiles) SHALL BE FIRST; and the first (Jews) SHALL BE LAST".

REJOICE, House of David.

The King of kings is about to take us Home.
